Wood Conditioning Pastes
U S E S :
Our Wood conditioning pastes work on all types of kitchen woodware; wooden bowls, wood & bamboo cutting boards, wooden spoons, wooden utensils, and wooden trays… they also work great for re-seasoning and preserving cast iron pans and preserving high-carbon knives.
D I R E C T I O N S :
To maintain the supple board finish; we recommend resealing with an oil or beeswax oil blend every few uses. Resealing your board is easy with our ready-made beeswax wood conditioners!
-When your board becomes lighter in color and feels ‘dry’ to the touch, that’s when you know it’s time to re-season your board.
Simply rub a small amount of your Wood Butter Conditioning Paste onto your clean, dry board with the grain of the wood…with your fingers or a clean rag….and let soak in for a few minutes. Any excess should be buffed off with a clean rag, in the direction of the grain of the wood, until the board has a smooth sheen. This wood conditioning treatment helps prevent staining, cracking, and food odor absorption.

– All Natural, Organic, cold-pressed pure Jojoba Oil
Jojoba (pronounced ho-HO-ba ) is an all-natural vegetable oil/wax derived from the Jojoba bean native to the Sonoran Desert (Arizona, California, Mexico).
We use natural Jojoba Oil as it is one of the most shelf-stable natural oils we have available, where other vegetable oils (olive oil, canola oil etc.) will tend to turn rancid (with a foul odor) over time; Jojoba oil is oxidatively stable and has a near indefinite shelf life.
