G. BRUKS Scandanavian FOREST AXE:
The Gränsfors Bruks Scandanavian Forest Axe is an excellent tool for felling and for limbing larger trees. The long handle and the relatively heavy head enable a very powerful stroke. The forests of Scandinavia feature many evergreens, and this axe's thin, sharp, curved bit is particularly adapted to fresh, resinous pine and spruce. The Scandinavian Forest Axe is also a useful tool when building with logs. The 2 pound head (0.9 kg) has a 3.5 inch (9 cm) face and curved bit, and the handle is 25 inches (63 cm) of prime hickory. Sheath included.
