Policies

Our core business philosophy is doing what we love; creating eco-conscious, functional and beautiful items from natural or salvaged materials; providing consumers with attractive hand crafted items to fit their green lifestyle in a beautiful way.

Payment

Sales tax: for shipments to Massachusetts; a sales tax of 6.25% is collected.

Shipping

Shipping rates are listed with the item, based on lowest cost shipping: USPS First Class or USPS, which usually takes between 3-8 days. If within the shipping cost I will choose to ship USPS Priority Mail (1-5 days) or FedEx Ground (1-5 days).

Turnaround time: See our Etsy Shop for current turnaround times. If you need rush processing & shipping, those options are available in the cart screen.

All our Cutting & Serving boards are lovingly gift wrapped, perfect for giving as a special gift. We can also direct ship to your giftee; add the recipient’s address to the receipt upon purchase, or conversation me to send your information. A gift card with desired message can also be included for no additional fee.

PO Boxes


If you choose a PO Box as your delivery address, there may be additional fees incurred for heavy items. We may request additional cost for shipping, or the order may be canceled.

International Shipping


For international shipping costs, I am shipping USPS First Class or Priority Mail® International.
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Refunds and Exchanges

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take great pride in the quality of the products we handcraft and offering great customer service is our top priority.

If you are not in love with your item when you receive it; you may return it within 14 days and receive a store credit or a full refund. Item must be unused and in same condition as received. Shipping may not be refunded or compensated in this instance.

Return your item in its original packaging, and ship your item back to us with the carrier of your choice. Note, we require using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment, we are not liable for a package lost in transit without any tracking availability.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

If, in a rare instance, your item is damaged in transit, contact us and we will discuss refund or replacement in this instance. You may need to provide photos of the packaging and of the damaged item an fill out Insurance Affidavits.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.
